- Don't go into new construction without an agent. The builder wants to sell the homes he has in his current phase, I show you which ones over the long-term will increase in value the most. Sometimes it makes more sense to pay more for lot premiums or wait for another phase. My biggest fear is that a builder goes out of business with a home half completed---I want to make sure that doesn't happen to my buyers! 

- What is the true market value of the home you are interested in? Is it priced too high? Is it a bargain that you should buy today? I help home buyers make decisions like this every day, and I'll work hard to secure the best value for your money. 

- Negotiating with sellers can be stressful. That's why I do it for you. I have a degree in negotiating that saves you money.  

- You need a lot of information about the property you are buying!
